R660AS Turbocharger with TD05 Bearing Housing and MAR-M Turbine Wheel

The RV6 R660AS Antisurge / T51R RED Ball Bearing Turbo is engineered for enhanced reliability and performance, moving beyond the limitations of stock TD04 format turbos. This unit is built around an oversized TD05 bearing housing, enabling the use of a full-sized 8mm dual ceramic ball bearing for rapid spool and greater thrust load capacity. Cooling is optimized with oversized coolant passages and -10AN coolant lines. The compressor wheel is a lightweight, point-milled forged billet design with FEA-optimized blade geometry, featuring a 54mm inducer and 67mm exducer. The turbine features a 54mm inducer and 49mm exducer with a 0.81 A/R, utilizing a MAR-M Super Alloy turbine wheel and shaft for superior high-temperature and high-load tolerance compared to standard Inconel. The compressor cover has a 76mm inlet and an 82mm inlet pipe. This turbocharger includes the R660AS turbocharger, a 76mm outlet elbow, an 82mm carbon fiber inlet pipe, a coupler for a race/big bore MAF housing, all necessary hardware and gaskets, and M10x1.25 Titanium Studs with safety wire. It requires the FK8/FL5/DE5 Wastegate Actuator and is designed as a direct drop-in. RV6 offers a 1-year warranty for this turbocharger, with a strict requirement for engine oil viscosity of 0W-30 or 5W-30 to maintain warranty coverage. Failure to use compliant oil grades may result in denied warranty claims.
