R7 / MT-07 Race AT2 Full Exhaust System

The Yoshimura R7 / MT-07 Race AT2 is a high-performance full exhaust system constructed from premium 304 stainless steel, designed specifically for racing applications. It features a dual-in/single-out configuration and is manufactured in the USA. This Works Finish stainless system is modeled after its titanium counterpart, offering an optimal blend of performance and value. On a stock engine using 91 octane fuel, this system has been shown to produce a +5.7% increase in maximum horsepower and a +2.7% increase in maximum torque. In addition to performance enhancements, the AT2 system offers a significant weight reduction, shedding 9.6 lbs from the stock OEM exhaust. Its design is carefully shaped to tuck neatly under the lower cowling, minimizing the risk of damage. The system includes an M18 lambda sensor bung at the tailpipe and is compatible with stock bikes, though it is optimized for highly modified race-tuned engines. It is crucial to note that this Yoshimura RACE SERIES product is exclusively designed and intended for closed-course competition use only. It is not intended for use on public roads or land, as such use is prohibited by Federal and State regulations. Yoshimura also offers an optional sound insert kit for a -4dB reduction and states that the system is legal for use in the MotoAmerica Twins Cup Class.
