The Takata Race 2x2 is a premium 6-point racing harness engineered for maximum safety and comfort during competitive driving. Unlike standard 3-inch systems, this harness features full 2-inch shoulder belts specifically designed to sit perfectly on the friction surface of HANS devices and other head and neck restraints. This configuration provides an improved fit and allows for more precise adjustment of installation angles behind the seat while maintaining identical strength to wider webbing. Manufactured in Germany by Takata Racing (Europe), this unit meets FIA 8853-2016 safety standards. The system comes equipped with durable nylon webbing, snap-on hardware for the shoulder and submarine belts, and convenient pull-down lap adjustments for quick tightening. Please note that users requiring SFI tags for use in the USA should inquire at the time of purchase to confirm availability.
