Overview

The CTS Turbo RACE Downpipe is a 3" exhaust component designed for Audi and VW 2.0T FSI and 2.0TSI transverse engines. It features a straight-thru design constructed from T304 seamless stainless steel tubing with T304 stainless steel flanges. The downpipe is 100% TIG welded and includes three oxygen sensor bungs.

The CTS Turbo 3" Stainless Steel RACE Downpipe is engineered to replace the restrictive factory downpipe on Audi and VW 2.0T FSI and 2.0TSI transverse engines. This performance-oriented component is constructed from T304 seamless stainless steel tubing and T304 stainless steel flanges, with all welds performed using the TIG process for maximum durability. The design prioritizes optimal exhaust gas flow with CNC machined turbine discharge and mandrel-bent tubing. Its modular construction and smooth transitions aim to free up horsepower, especially on chipped vehicles. The downpipe is compatible with factory or aftermarket cat-back exhaust systems and features three oxygen sensor bungs to accommodate various models. A removable 60mm reducer is included for easier installation. Fitment includes a specific list of Audi and Volkswagen models: 2007-2014 VW GTI 2.0T, 2007-2013 VW Jetta/GLI 2.0T, 2006-2013 Audi A3 2.0T FWD (not Quattro), 2008-2015 Audi TT 2.0T FWD (not Quattro), 2007-2012 VW Passat 2.0T, and 2008-2012 VW CC 2.0T. It is compatible with BPY, BWA, CBFA, and CCTA engines. Please note that Stage 2 software is required to avoid a check engine light. This product is intended for competition use only and is not legal for use on public roads.
