The Takata Race 4 Snap is a 4-point racing harness designed for track day, drift, and show cars. This harness includes the exclusive Takata aluminum multi-point release cam-lock buckle and integrates the asmTM system to reduce the risk of submarining. It is constructed with 3-inch shoulder belts and 2-inch lap belts that feature pull-up adjusters for a secure fit. This harness is designed with snap-on attachment points for installation. Because racing harness mounting points vary by vehicle, owners should ensure their vehicle has the appropriate mounting hardware or eye-bolts installed to accommodate the snap-on fittings. The Race 4 Snap carries FIA approval for use in competitive environments. It is important to note that this is a specialized racing harness and does not comply with FMVSS 209 street-legal safety standards. Users should verify that their vehicle's seat belt mounting points meet the necessary safety requirements for harness installation before use.
