The Cloyes 9-3651X3 Race Billet True Roller Timing Chain Kit is designed for high-performance applications. Both the cam and crank sprockets are induction hardened and oil-quenched through an in-house multi-stage heat treat process. The premium True Roller chain offers superior strength with full roller action, and its .250" rollers are cold-rolled and hardened for increased load and RPM capabilities. This timing set is specifically designed for Chevy Small Block LT1 and LT4 engines utilizing the Vented Opti-Spark system from 1995-1997. The crankshaft gear features a 3-keyway design, offering adjustability for valve timing settings of +/- 4 degrees. All Race Billet sets are hand-matched at the manufacturing facility to ensure proper center distance and run-out, providing a precise fit. The timing chain style is .250 Double Roller with a 1/2 inch pitch.
