The ACL Race Series Engine Connecting Rod Bearing Set, model ACR-4B1780HX-STD, is engineered for high-performance and demanding race applications. Recognized as a premier brand in motorsports, these bearings are a standard component in record-setting and championship-winning race engines, from sport compact drift racing to NASCAR and NHRA competitions. Constructed with a trimetal lead, tin, copper, and nickel composition, these bearings offer exceptional endurance and capability. Key specifications include a tunnel diameter of 45.000 / 45.024 mm, a shaft diameter of 41.985 / 42.000 mm, and a maximum wall thickness of 1.474 mm (0.058 inches). They also feature an extra 0.001-inch oil clearance for enhanced performance. The set includes identical halves for precise installation. These performance engine bearings are specifically designed for Toyota 4AGE and 4AGZE 1.6L engines, fitting models from 1985 to 1992, including the Prizm, Corolla, and MR2. Their robust construction and advanced metallurgy make them suitable for high-RPM conditions and harsh operating environments where standard bearings may falter.
