Overview

The Revshift BMW Race Flex Disc is a large 96mm flex disc with 12mm bolt holes, designed for race use. It is constructed with a 6061-T6 billet aluminum frame and 95A polyurethane bushings to maximize stiffness and strength while allowing for a controlled amount of flex. This disc replaces OEM part numbers 26117511454 and 26112226527.

This flex disc is commonly found on vehicles such as the E30, E36, and E46 M3, and a wide range of other BMW models.

The Revshift BMW Race Flex Disc is a high-performance component engineered for race applications, featuring a 96mm diameter and 12mm bolt holes. The disc's frame is precision-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, paired with 95A polyurethane bushings. This race flex disc is a direct replacement for OEM part numbers 26117511454 and 26112226527. It is commonly utilized in performance-oriented BMW models, including the E30, E36, and E46 M3, as well as other compatible vehicles. Due to its rigid nature and intended race application, this flex disc requires precise installation. It is essential that the driveline is properly aligned and all components are in good condition and balanced. To achieve optimal performance and prevent driveline movement, it is recommended that engine mounts, transmission mounts, differential bushings, and subframe bushings also feature a hardness of 95A or higher. The installation may also benefit from a new center support bearing and driveshaft centering bushing.
