The VRSF Race Intercooler FMIC Upgrade Kit is engineered to replace the OEM intercooler in BMW N20 and N55 engines manufactured between 2012 and 2016. The core is also significantly more durable, better able to withstand road debris. The unit is 117% larger than the factory intercooler and measures 21" x 11" x 6". Construction includes 3D CAD-designed, CNC-machined, one-piece seamless cast aluminum end tanks, which provide improved flow and greater durability over sheet metal alternatives. The intercooler is finished in a uniform bright silver coating for corrosion resistance. Installation is designed as a complete plug-and-play, bolt-in solution, utilizing OEM intercooler piping and retaining the factory fan shroud.
