The Alpha Racing Race-Kit radiator is a high-performance aluminum radiator designed for BMW S 1000 RR and M 1000 RR motorcycles. It features hand-welded aluminum elements with optimized cooling meshes for maximum efficiency, ensuring reliable water and oil temperatures for stable engine performance under extreme conditions. This radiator offers enlarged cooling surfaces and an optimized mesh for higher capacity compared to stock units.

Constructed with hand-welded aluminum, its water and oil cooling circuits incorporate optimized high-performance cooling meshes for superior efficiency. This high-performance radiator boasts enlarged cooling surfaces and an optimized mesh for increased cooling capacity, surpassing stock radiators. It has been pressure tested to ensure reliable operation and offers efficient, consistent heat dissipation. The oil cooling circuit utilizes one-piece aluminum oil lines with heat protection and Dash 10 connections. It comes equipped with a radiator cap featuring a 2.0 bar opening pressure, a threaded connection for a water temperature sensor, and a mounting fixture for an expansion tank. This radiator is suitable for use with alpha Racing bodywork kits and includes a transponder mount on the underside of the oil cooler. The total weight is 4.180 kg. The delivery scope includes the water radiator, oil radiator, inlet and outlet lines, and mounting brackets. A matching expansion tank kit is available separately. This Race-Kit radiator is specifically designed for the BMW S 1000 RR 2019- (K67) and M 1000 RR 2021-2024 (K66) models.
