The Megan Racing Race-Spec Strut Tower Bar is a front upper chassis brace designed for the Lexus IS 2006-Present. It reduces chassis flex vertically and laterally, which sharpens handling and enhances ride feel by allowing springs and dampers to control vehicle dynamics more effectively. The bar features powdercoated steel bases for corrosion protection and a polished, hollow reinforced aluminum center bar for a combination of strength and light weight.

By significantly reducing both vertical and lateral chassis flex, this bar elevates vehicle handling and ride quality. The construction of this strut tower bar combines durability with a refined aesthetic. The bases are crafted from stamped, welded high-strength steel, treated with a powder coating to provide excellent resistance against corrosion and enhance appearance. Complementing the steel bases is a center piece made from a hollow, reinforced aluminum bar, polished to a high shine for a strong yet lightweight component. This 3-piece strut tower bar is designed for the front upper location on various Lexus IS models from 2006 onwards. It is specifically compatible with RWD models of the IS250 (2006-2013), IS300 (2006+), and IS350 (2006+), as well as the IS500 (2022+) and ISF (2008-2014). Crucially, this bar is intended for V6 engine models only and excludes hybrid and 4-cylinder variants. For 4-Cylinder Turbo Models, a different part number (MR-SB-LI16TFU-1P) is required. Installation notes indicate that the factory strut mount plate must be removed, and brackets may require swapping left to right during installation. All Megan Racing Race-Spec Strut Bars come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
