Race Version Intake Manifold

The JM Fabrications "Race Version" Intake Manifold is engineered for 1995-1999 2G DSM vehicles, including the Eagle Talon and Mitsubishi Eclipse. This intake manifold is designed to deliver enhanced horsepower, with expected gains ranging from 10-45 HP depending on your specific setup and tuning, while aiming to minimize impact on turbo spool and maintaining streetability. It features a CNC machined billet runner section that bolts to the plenum, offering modular functionality and improved performance. Constructed from 6061-T6 aircraft quality aluminum, this manifold boasts a CAD-designed and CNC machined billet runner section with tapered runners and CNC machined velocity stacks. The inset plenum design aims to virtually eliminate the risk of failure, and the O-ring'd head flange negates the need for a gasket. It includes a 5-port vacuum plate with 1/4" NPT threads and standard NOS provisions (a small machined area that can be drilled and tapped for nozzles). Modifications to coil pack mounts and upper intercooler pipes may be necessary due to the manifold sitting lower than stock. If using aftermarket throttle bodies like Accufab, adjustments to the throttle cable and TPS sensors might be required. The package includes the intake manifold, several brass hose barbs, a brass plug, and warranty information, backed by a 3-Year Limited Warranty from JM Fabrications.
