Overview

The Industrial Injection REMAN Injectors are Race1 30 LPM Honed Injectors designed to provide a 100hp gain. These injectors are balanced to a tighter tolerance than the original manufacturer and are built with brand new, factory OEM parts, including the nozzles. They are individually tested on a state-of-the-art factory OEM test stand to ensure they meet or exceed OEM specifications.

The Industrial Injection Race1 30 LPM Honed Injectors are remanufactured units designed for 2004.5-2007 Dodge Cummins Common Rail 325HP 5.9L 24 Valve engines. These injectors are extrude honed and balanced as a matching set, delivering 30LPM and offering a 100hp gain, representing a 25% increase over stock. While they can be used with a stock turbo, a Phatshaft or compound turbo setup is recommended to help reduce Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs). Each injector is built using brand new, genuine OEM parts, including the nozzles. They undergo rigorous testing on a factory OEM test stand, covering resistance, system leak, purge, idle speed, mid load, full load, and static back leak tests, ensuring solenoid response time, back leak flow, and fuel delivery meet or exceed OEM specifications. These injectors come with new copper crush washers and O-rings for installation. Industrial Injection typically sees a 1-3 MPG increase in fuel economy with these injectors. They are backed by a 1-year unlimited mileage warranty. It is highly recommended to replace the injector connecting tubes when installing new injectors to prevent contamination, which is a common cause of new injector failures. If replacing connector tubes, only Bosch (F00RJ01572, F00RJ01831) or Cummins (3979419, 5346206) parts must be used, as aftermarket alternatives will void the warranty.
