The Raceland RA-SET-16 coilover kit is engineered to provide enhanced performance and customizable ride height for compatible vehicles. Constructed from durable stainless steel with a threaded body design, these coilovers allow for precise height adjustments ranging from 1 to 3 inches below the factory setting. This feature enables drivers to achieve their desired stance and optimize handling characteristics. The RA-SET-16 coilovers are specifically noted for their higher spring and damping rates compared to stock suspension, which contributes to improved road holding and reduced body roll during spirited driving or cornering. They are also TUV homologated, signifying adherence to rigorous safety and quality standards. These coilovers are compatible with various Honda Civic models, including the EG (1992-1995) and EK (1996-2000) generations, as well as the ED/EF models (1989-1991). The product is also referenced in relation to the EP3 Civic Type R. Installation may involve specific considerations for the front pinch mount hub found on some Civic models, which clamps the struts in place.
