The Phoenix Racing N54/N55 Intake Manifold is a high-flow, high-strength aluminum replacement for the factory plastic manifold. It features integrated top-mount port injection bungs for easy access and optimal injector spray patterns. This manifold also includes expansion vacuum ports suitable for blow-off valve references, gauges, or Hobb's switches.

Constructed from lightweight aluminum, this intake manifold is significantly stronger than the stock unit. It retains all factory connections and comes with upgraded high-temperature o-rings and all necessary hardware for installation. The manifold is designed for all N54 and N55 BMW engines.

The Phoenix Racing N54/N55 Intake Manifold is engineered to replace the factory plastic manifold on BMW N54 and N55 engines with a direct-fit, high-flow, and high-strength aluminum alternative. This upgrade enhances airflow and provides integrated top-mount port injection bungs for simplified installation and optimized fuel delivery. Constructed from lightweight yet durable aluminum, this manifold offers superior strength over the stock component. It features additional expansion vacuum ports that are ideal for auxiliary systems such as blow-off valve references, extra gauges, or Hobb's switches, providing greater flexibility for performance setups. The manifold includes upgraded high-temperature o-rings and all required hardware for a complete installation. This intake manifold is designed for all N54 and N55 BMW engines. Optional port injection hardware, including calibrated fuel injectors (available in 550cc, 750cc, 950cc DW, or 1050cc IDX) and plug-and-play fuel lines, can be added to further enhance fueling capabilities. Additionally, the Fuel-It! CANfuel Sequential Port Fuel Injection Controller is available as an optional upgrade, offering advanced ECU control for up to eight injectors, an ethanol content sensor, and other critical monitoring systems.
