Racing Brake Cooling Kit

The kit's front ducts and air guides are aerodynamically optimized to maximize airflow to the cooling veins and channels of high-performance rotors, ensuring even cooling from the inside out. This design leads to substantial temperature reductions, with measured maximum temperature decreases of over 200 degrees at the rotor and caliper, thereby increasing component life. Constructed from carbon fiber, this kit includes front duct inlets, magnetic covers, duct tubes, rotor air guides with heat-resistant shielding, high-temp flex tubes, and clamps. The magnetic front duct covers are a key feature, easily removable without tools to prevent road debris from entering the braking system and to avoid impacting range on road trips. Installation requires cutting or removal of the plastic grill (Tesla part #1564699-00-B). This brake duct kit is compatible with standard Model S brakes and all Unplugged Performance brake kits, and is likely compatible with most other brake kits. Professional installation is recommended. Note that all components are specific to the left and right sides of the vehicle and cannot be interchanged. This kit is compatible with any 2021 and newer Tesla Model S Plaid and Model S Long Range vehicles.
