This header aims to enhance your motorcycle's power, design, and sound.

It is engineered for compatibility with Akrapovič standard and BMW accessory silencers, as well as the BMW M1000RR model. However, fitment on the BMW M1000RR 2025 model is not possible. For optimal performance and durability, ECU remapping is recommended. Note that this product does not meet emission compliance requirements for street or highway use.

This header serves as an upgrade path to a complete Akrapovič exhaust system when paired with their Slip-On line. It offers a significant reduction in weight, with a decrease of 11.5 lbs (5.2 kg) compared to the stock system. The performance gains are notable, with an increase of up to 10.2 HP and 6.5 lb-ft of torque at specific RPMs, alongside a substantial 9.9 dB increase in volume. Installation is estimated to take 180 minutes. This optional header is designed to fit with Akrapovič standard and BMW accessory silencers, and is compatible with the BMW M1000RR model. However, please note that fitment on the BMW M1000RR 2025 model is explicitly not possible. For riders seeking the utmost in performance, throttle response, and durability, Akrapovič strongly recommends an ECU remapping after installation. It is important to be aware that when installing this system on Euro5+ motorbikes equipped with two lambda sensors, an engine check light may appear due to deviations from the stock catalytic converter's parameters. This product is not street-legal and does not meet emission compliance requirements for street or highway use.
