Developed and tested by Akrapovic’s top factory racing teams, this Racing Line full exhaust system is engineered to be the finest performance exhaust available for the Aprilia RS 660 and Tuono 660 models. Constructed with stainless steel headers and mid-pipes, it showcases a combination of beautiful machine and hand welds for superior quality and durability. The system features a patented hexagonal cone style carbon fiber muffler and a carbon fiber exhaust hanger, optimized to maximize lean angle. It offers a significant weight savings of 5.29 lbs over the stock exhaust system. Performance gains include a 4.02hp increase at 11200rpm and a 3.61ft-lbs torque increase at 4500 rpm, with improvements distributed throughout the entire RPM range for a smoother ride. This Akrapovic Racing Line Full Exhaust System fits the Aprilia RS 660 (2021-2026), Aprilia RS 660 Factory (2021-2026), Aprilia Tuono 660 (2021-2026), and Aprilia Tuono 660 Factory (2021-2026). It is identical to the factory Aprilia system (part number 2S001575), with the exception of the Akrapovic branding.
