The Akrapovič Racing Line (SS) is a comprehensive underbelly exhaust system engineered for the Honda CBR650R, spanning model years 2019-2026. Constructed from premium high-grade stainless steel, this system is finished with a distinctive, hand-made carbon-fibre cover that incorporates a racing-inspired honeycomb exhaust protector. The design of this exhaust aims to integrate smoothly with the motorcycle's existing aesthetics. This complete exhaust system features an integrated catalytic converter within the header. Akrapovič engineers focused on optimizing throttle response and overall performance, resulting in a documented power increase of +0.8 kW at 8200 rpm and a torque gain of +0.8 Nm at 7900 rpm when compared to the stock system. Furthermore, the system offers a significant weight reduction of 50.9%, equating to 1.4 kg less than the original exhaust. The Racing Line (SS) system is Euro 5+ compliant and holds EC/ECE type approval, ensuring it meets emissions standards. The system delivers a deep, sporty sound characteristic of Akrapovič performance exhausts. Important fitment note: This exhaust system does not fit with the original Honda under cowl for the CB650R.
