Racing Performance Shifter Cables

The Numeric Racing NM200 performance shifter cables are engineered to solve the common failure points of factory Porsche shifter cables. By utilizing a wider diameter cable construction paired with aluminum rod ends and stainless steel mounting connectors, these cables eliminate the excess movement and slop often found in stock assemblies, ensuring long-term reliability and a more precise, tactile shifting experience. This upgrade is designed for all Porsche 996 and 997.1 Turbo models, as well as 996 and 997 Carrera vehicles with manual transmissions. It is important to note that these cables do not fit Porsche 718 or 981 models. Installation requires removing the center console and the stock shifter assembly, and working with small hardware components. A bulkhead wrench is highly recommended to expedite the installation process and prevent complications during interior removal.
