The RacingLine VWR12G7R600ITINLET is a high-flow turbo 90 inlet designed to replace the restrictive factory plastic inlet.

It is CNC machined from aluminium billet with an ultra-thin wall construction for maximum airflow. The inlet features twin nitrile O-rings for a perfect seal and a hard anodised gloss black finish. This essential upgrade smooths and opens the airflow path into the turbo, improving performance.

The RacingLine VWR12G7R600ITINLET is a high-flow turbo 90 inlet designed to replace the restrictive factory plastic inlet on MQB EA888.3 1.8T and 2.0T vehicles. This essential upgrade addresses the limitations of the stock inlet, which forces airflow to taper down through a tight, restrictive bend. The RacingLine Turbo 90 features an ultra-thin wall construction, the thinnest on the market, to ensure the highest possible flow. It is delicately CNC machined from T6-6061 aircraft-grade aluminium billet and hard anodised in gloss black for durability and aesthetics. Twin nitrile O-rings are incorporated to guarantee a perfect seal. Installation is straightforward and can typically be completed in around 10 minutes using basic hand tools, with the option to easily revert to the standard part. This part is compatible with the RacingLine R600 intake, the factory airbox, and other aftermarket intake systems. The primary benefit of fitting the Turbo 90 Inlet is the improvement in airflow to the turbocharger. By removing the restrictive path of the standard plastic elbow, this component smooths and opens the turn into the turbo, resulting in a worthwhile power gain. Without this upgrade, the potential of a high-flow intake system may be significantly hindered.
