Description

This direct bolt-in power rack and pinion cradle kit is specifically designed for OBS (Old Body Style) 1990-1998 Chevrolet/GMC C1500 trucks. The kit features a precision-welded cradle made from 3/8" steel plate to prevent flexing, ensuring durability and stability. It adapts seamlessly to the original steering column and includes a new slip shaft with u-joints and a hose kit, designed to work with the original power steering pump. The travel bar maintains original geometry, providing precise, modern steering without requiring any cutting, drilling, or welding to the chassis.
