The Cobra RAD 450 is a long-range radar and laser detector built to keep you informed of your surroundings. Its advanced IVT filter and anti-falsing circuitry work together to significantly reduce false alerts commonly caused by blind spot systems, traffic flow monitoring, and other vehicle avoidance technologies. This ensures you receive only the alerts that matter, providing a more focused driving experience. This radar detector offers multiple features for enhanced awareness and convenience. Long-range detection provides earlier warnings for increased protection against radar and laser speed guns. Digital voice alerts communicate important information while allowing you to keep your eyes on the road. The bright white OLED display offers clear visibility, showing band identification and a numeric signal strength meter. Additional features include LaserEye® for front and rear laser detection, Instant-On protection to catch quick radar bursts, and QuietDrive™ mode for customizable audio alerts. The RAD 450 is designed for user-friendly operation, with bi-lingual voice alerts available in English and Spanish. It also supports an updatable IVT Filter, allowing for system enhancements.
