Rad Upgrade, Aux, No Rad,B9 S4

The 034Motorsport Auxiliary Side Mount Radiator Upgrade Kit is a cooling system enhancement designed for B9/B9.5 Audi S4/S5 3.0T models equipped with the OE driver-side auxiliary radiator. This kit replaces the factory side mount radiator with a larger CSF Radiator to better regulate engine coolant temperature during demanding driving conditions like track use or spirited backroad driving, as well as in hot climates. The upgrade increases cooling capacity and enhances cooling system reliability.

Engineers tested this kit on development vehicles at racetracks, finding it significantly improves cooling capacity over the stock auxiliary side mount radiator. The kit utilizes the CSF #8132 Radiator, which features a quadruple-pass design and increased front surface area and physical volume compared to the OE unit. It also retains the OE air duct and includes CNC-machined billet aluminum adapters to maintain OE shrouding.
