The Raymarine Quantum 2 Q24D is a next-generation CHIRP pulse compression marine radar featuring advanced Doppler target processing. This technology automatically identifies and color-codes immediate collision threats: red for targets moving towards your vessel, and green for targets moving away. Designed for seamless integration, it connects with Raymarine's Axiom multifunction displays (MFDs) via Wi-Fi or a thin Quantum data cable for easy installation. It offers excellent short-range detection, improved target resolution, and low power consumption, making it suitable for both powerboats and sailboats. The radar also includes MARPA target tracking, allowing for manual acquisition of up to 10 targets, and automatic acquisition of up to 25 targets when an optional heading sensor is connected. Advanced interference rejection ensures clear radar imagery.
