Radi-CAL Competition Rear Brake Kit 340x28mm

The AP Racing by Essex Radi-CAL Competition Brake Kit is a high-performance rear brake solution engineered for all 2015+ S550 Ford Mustangs, including the Mach 1 variant. This kit utilizes AP Racing's CP9450 Radi-CAL four-piston calipers, renowned for their patented asymmetrical design that significantly increases stiffness and reduces mass for superior pedal feel and modulation. The calipers are finished with an Electroless Nickel Plating (ENP) which offers exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and is easy to maintain. This competition-grade kit includes 340x28mm, 48-vane heavy-duty AP Racing J Hook racing discs with floating hats and hardware, as well as Spiegler Stainless Steel Brake Lines. They also feature anti-knockback springs to mitigate pedal drop during aggressive cornering. Each component is built to withstand the extreme heat generated during extended track sessions. This kit offers a weight saving of approximately 12 unsprung pounds compared to the stock rear brakes. It is designed to work in conjunction with front Essex/AP Racing Competition Brake Kits (CP9668 or CP9660). Please note that this kit eliminates the OEM parking brake functionality. Brake pads are not included and must be selected separately, allowing users to choose compounds that best suit their specific needs.
