Engineered with brazed aluminum cooling fins and reinforced plastic tanks, this radiator is built to meet or exceed OEM quality standards for heat dissipation and reliability. Compatibility for this part is highly specific and must be verified before purchase due to variations in cooling loops and transmission oil cooler fittings. On early 525i models (1989-1990), this radiator is compatible only with manual transmission cars; it is not for manual transmission models after 1990. On later 525i models (1993-1995), this radiator is compatible only with automatic transmission cars; it is not for automatic transmission models before 1993. These differences account for the integrated secondary loops required for specific transmission cooling needs. This radiator is identified by several interchangeable BMW part numbers, including 17111737760, 17111737763, and 17101247376. Please ensure your specific E34 configuration matches these requirements, as selecting the wrong version will result in improper fitment for your vehicle's cooling circuit.
