Radiator Expansion Tank

The Cordes Performance Racing Radiator Expansion Tank is engineered to resolve problems encountered with the factory unit on the Chevrolet Corvette C7 platform. The original equipment tank features a two-piece construction that is prone to swelling and separation, potentially leading to fluid leaks. Additionally, its width makes accessing the spark plug for cylinder 8 a challenging task, particularly for high-horsepower builds where precise tuning and maintenance are critical. This redesigned tank simplifies spark plug changes, saving time and reducing the risk of injury. This expansion tank includes a cap with the same pressure rating as the OEM unit (20-21 psi) and comes with all necessary lines and fittings for a factory-like installation. The overflow line can be configured for standard factory routing or directed to a rear catch tank for high-horsepower applications. The tank is constructed from aluminum. This expansion tank is compatible with the 2014 through 2019 Chevrolet Corvette C7 models, including the Z06, Stingray, and ZR1 trims.
