The OSC Cooling Products 2195 New Radiator is engineered to match Original Equipment Specification (OES) form and function, offering a technically advanced cooling solution. Constructed from premium-grade aluminum, its tubes are cadmium plated both inside and out to prevent premature failure, a common issue with lesser radiators. This unit features a built-in concentric transmission oil cooler, meeting OES design standards, and uses die-cut gaskets to ensure a leak-free seal. Each radiator undergoes individual pressure testing to guarantee reliability. Enhancements have been made to address original design failures and improve the life cycle of high-mileage vehicles, potentially including more fins per inch or thicker cores.
