Radium Engineering Air Oil Separator - Universal Kit

A high-powered modified engine often produces excessive blow-by oil and gases. Unlike smaller catch cans, the Radium Engineering AOS-R is engineered to effectively separate blow-by oil and other contaminants from the air intake, intercooler, and manifold. This particular 20-0219 model is a Vent-to-Engine (VTE) system, which routes the clean crankcase air back into the intake or turbo inlet pipe. This VTE configuration is crucial for mass-air flow (MAF) sensor engines and prevents undesirable gas odors in the cabin, as well as oil debris from coating the engine bay. The AOS-R features integrated coolant lines that circulate engine coolant through a specially designed heating chamber, preventing water condensation internally. It also includes a water trap to stop condensation from entering the oil pan. The unit is designed for easy disassembly into three large pieces for servicing.
