Radium Engineering FCST-X 2 Surge Tank Pumps And 1 Lift Pump Included (Walbro GSS342)

The Radium Engineering FCST-X (Fuel Cell Surge Tank-10 Years) is a drop-in surge tank system designed to eliminate fuel starvation in competition fuel cells during aggressive driving. It is compatible with all Radium Engineering fuel cells and can be installed into any fuel cell with an industry-standard 6"x10", 24-bolt flange opening on the top face, and a minimum depth of 7.7" (196mm) from the outer top face to the internal bottom face. This particular unit, MPN 20-1990-02, comes pre-assembled with two Walbro GSS342 surge tank pumps and one Walbro GSS342 lift pump. The lift pump scavenges fuel from the bottom of the fuel cell, supplying it to the 2-liter surge tank. Inside, the two primary EFI fuel pumps feed high-pressure fuel to the engine. Should the lift pump experience starvation, the surge tank's volume ensures continuous fuel supply to the engine. Excess fuel from the surge tank overflows back into the fuel cell.
