Radium Engineering Mazda RX7 FD Fuel Hanger Surge Tank Ti Automotive E5LM - Pumps Not Included

The Radium Engineering fuel surge tank hanger (part number 20-0951) is designed for the stock Mazda FD RX-7 fuel tank (1992-2002 US and JDM models). It allows for the use of 1, 2, or 3 aftermarket high-pressure fuel pumps and 1 lift pump. The unit features an integrated 1.85L surge tank to eliminate fuel starvation, particularly during high lateral G forces experienced by the FD RX-7. Installation requires no grinding or modification of the trunk floor. The hanger includes a 10AN ORB threaded feed port with a low profile 8AN male fitting and an 8AN ORB threaded return port with a low profile 6" male fitting, along with barb fittings for OEM hose reconnection. It utilizes custom-designed stainless electrical studs and high-quality ETFE insulated wiring for robust electrical connections. The integrated surge tank design incorporates a lift pump mount that snaps onto the OEM sub tank, a 1" check ball, and 24-hole diverters to prevent air bubbles and foaming. Pre-pump filters are included. Note that fuel pumps are not included, but the lift pump wiring and tubing are compatible with Walbro DCSS 39/50 pumps (F9000026274/285/295).
