The BDS Suspension Radius Arm Upgrade is a heavy-duty replacement for factory stamped arms on 2023-2026 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty 4WD and 2023-2026 Ford F450/F550/F600 Super Duty 4WD vehicles. These arms are built from 1-3/4" OD heavy wall tubing, gusseted, and fully welded for superior strength. They feature larger OE-style rubber bushings for NVH isolation with no maintenance required and include lower cam slots for easy caster adjustment.

Upgrade your 2023-2026 Ford F250, F350, F450, F550, or F600 Super Duty 4WD with the BDS Suspension Radius Arm Upgrade. The arms are constructed from 1-3/4" OD heavy wall tubing, featuring gussets and full welding for superior durability. Engineered to correct suspension geometry, these radius arms are ideal for use with 2.5-7" lift kits. They offer improved tire and ground clearance compared to drop brackets, and include lower cam slots for straightforward caster adjustment. The design incorporates larger OE-style rubber bushings at the frame mount, ensuring smooth, quiet, and maintenance-free operation while effectively isolating vibrations. Key features include a direct bolt-in replacement design for easy installation, a durable textured black powder coat finish, and the ability to correct caster for lifted applications. The heavy-duty construction provides significantly more strength than the stock components, making it a substantial upgrade for demanding use. This upgrade is compatible with most lifts and leveling kits on the market, designed for lifted models ranging from 2" to 6".
