Rally AR Spec Monotube Coilover System

The Ksport Rally AR Spec Coilover System (CBM135-AR) is specifically engineered for the demands of asphalt rally competition. This system utilizes a monotube shock construction, which separates oil and gas within the cylinder. This design offers superior heat dissipation, finer damping adjustability, and a significantly reduced risk of aeration and cavitation compared to traditional twin-tube designs, ensuring consistent performance under extreme conditions. Key features of this coilover system include 36 levels of damping adjustment, providing simultaneous control over both compression and rebound. This allows for quick, precise tuning of the suspension without the need for separate adjustments. The system also boasts an extended stroke design with heavy-duty internals, built to withstand the rigorous demands of rally racing. Pillow ball top mounts are incorporated on the front (and rear on select applications), which help preserve OEM suspension geometry while delivering a more direct and communicative feel to the driver. Furthermore, integrated camber adjustability in the front pillow ball top mounts allows for direct adjustment without requiring a separate camber kit. Spring rates for this system are specified as 12 kg/mm front and 14 kg/mm rear. The front upper mount type is a pillowball mount with camber adjustment, while the rear reuses the OEM top mount. The system is gas-charged and features adjustable height. It is noted as not subject to CARB regulations.
