Rally Spec GR Coilover System

The Ksport Rally Spec GR (CMT100-GR) is a competition-grade coilover system engineered specifically for the demands of gravel rally racing. Its extended cylinder length and piston stroke allow the dampers to absorb the punishment of uneven, rough, and broken surfaces that would overwhelm a standard coilover kit. Key features include 36-way adjustable damping, allowing precise simultaneous adjustment of compression and rebound. The system utilizes extended stroke and longer springs (250mm to 270mm) for increased suspension travel. For McPherson-type suspensions, an inverted shock design with steel lower and top mounts is employed for maximum rigidity, while wishbone and multi-link applications use a standard non-inverted shock with aluminum top mounts. The ride height is adjustable +/- 30mm from OEM via an adjustable lower mount without sacrificing suspension travel. The construction incorporates 6061-T6 billet aluminum for mounts, collars, and spring perches, ensuring a lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant build. Shock bodies are made of zinc-electroplated steel for protection against rust and elements. The monotube, high-pressure design separates oil and gas for superior heat dissipation and consistent damping performance, minimizing aeration and cavitation. Each shock is valved specifically to its installed spring rate for optimized performance and reliability. Heavy-duty top plates and lower mounts provide added strength for competition conditions. Please note that camber top mounts are not available for these Gravel Rally kits. Due to the extreme nature of gravel rally competition, no warranty is offered on this kit.
