Zumbrota Transfer Cases are rebuilt to unparalleled standards. Expert craftsmen inspect and test cases and internal components for wear (cracks, stripped threads, shaft straightness, gear wear, chain stretch). Uses exclusive Hydro-blast rinse, blasting, and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning. Fully rebuilt with replacement of all bearings, seals, and viscous couplers. All finished units are spun tested for shift-ability and noise. Shipped in high density plastic totes to prevent damage.
