This system replaces traditional ball joints with a robust, bearing-based design featuring 7/8” Teflon-lined bearings, eliminating metal-on-metal contact and improving durability. It offers a permanent, rebuildable, and greaseable solution that reduces wear and enhances steering feel. The system utilizes custom-machined press-fit upper and lower cups, 4140 heat-treated hardware with Grade 8 nylock nuts, 3D-printed dust caps, and Viton seals to protect against debris. It comes pre-greased and lubricated, with adjustable steering feel via torque settings. Installation is designed to be straightforward with basic hand tools, and rebuilding is simplified to a bearing swap without requiring pressing.
