The Ram Mount RAM-408-112-15 is a Torque handlebar and rail mounting base with a 1.5" rubber ball. It accommodates bars between 1 1/8" and 1 1/2" in diameter. This mount is constructed from powder-coated marine-grade aluminum and includes sizing inserts for a snug fit and rail protection.
