Eliminate front driveline vibration and restore proper drivetrain alignment on your lifted gas-powered 2014–2018 Ram 2500 4WD with the BDS Transfer Case Indexing Ring Kit (SKU: 122616). When running a suspension lift of 6 inches or more, indexing the transfer case is required to allow the front driveshaft to reconnect properly and operate without binding or vibration. Designed specifically for 6-bolt flange transmissions, this BDS indexing kit repositions the transfer case to improve front driveline operating angles while maintaining optimal spline engagement between the transmission and transfer case. The dual-drilled indexing rings provide multiple mounting positions, ensuring compatibility across a range of lift heights without compromising drivetrain integrity. Constructed from heavy-duty steel for maximum strength, the indexing rings help prevent crossmember interference and reduce stress on drivetrain components. The kit also includes a CNC-machined billet aluminum driveshaft spacer along with all required mounting hardware for a complete, bolt-on installation.
