Ram TRX Twin Turbo System with Turbosmart Components

The Hellion 2021+ Ram TRX Twin Turbo System is engineered to elevate the performance of the factory supercharged 6.2L engine in the Ram 1500 TRX. This innovative system introduces twin turbos that work in conjunction with the existing supercharger, creating a compound boost effect. This design allows for a progressive increase in boost, where the turbos provide the initial stage and the supercharger then boosts this compressed air further, resulting in a significant power gain. For example, 3 psi of wastegate spring pressure can lead to a compounded 14 psi of total boost at the engine. This system offers flexibility, allowing users to achieve anything from a modest power increase to over 1600+ RWHP. A pre-programmed Turbosmart e-Boost3 boost controller is standard, providing on-the-fly boost adjustability from inside the cabin, eliminating the need to change pulleys or belts for power variations. The Hellion twin turbo system integrates seamlessly with the factory intake and hood scoop, and the factory heat exchanger effectively cools the intake charge. Multiple turbocharger options are available to suit different power goals and budgets, including 62/62R, 64/66R, 68/70R, and 71mm turbos. Heavy-duty silicone hoses, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, and an exclusive Hellion oiling system for the turbochargers are included. All necessary hardware and detailed instructions are provided for an "at home" installation. The system is built for daily drivability in all weather conditions. It is important to note that Hellion's products are sold for competition vehicles only and are not legal for sale or installation in California.
