The Rancho RS5000X is a passive shock absorber designed for improved performance and handling on and off-road. It features Rancho's exclusive Cross Tuned technology, combining innovative rebound valving and advanced compression control for a smooth, controlled ride. This shock is built with durability in mind, including a 16mm nitro-carburized piston rod, double-welded loops, and a 35mm sintered iron piston.

The RS5000X utilizes Progressive Engagement Valving to minimize rough ride impacts at low speeds and an all-weather fluid in its large twin-tube design to maintain consistent control in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°F to 248°F. It also includes a polyurethane rebound bumper and rubber bushings to absorb harsh road impacts, enhancing ride quality and responsiveness.
