This billet channel plate is made of 6061 billet aluminum with deep critical worm tracks and a flatness of .0003 across the entire plate. The worm track surface is micro polished to eliminate machining marks. The filter cutout has a large radius machining that increases rigidity while still allowing the use of a stock filter assembly. Angle milled step downs increase rigidity in areas prone to flexing. It can handle up to 325psi of line pressure without warping (requires transmission tuning, TCM upgrade, or pressure box). No pump modifications are required for up to 250psi. The proprietary worm track layout shortens shift times.
