Overview

The AFCO Heat Exchanger is a performance component designed for the 2010 and up Ford F-150 and Raptor models. This heat exchanger aims to reduce coolant temperatures by up to 30F, helping to unlock the full potential of supercharged applications. It features a double pass design with increased surface area and volume for improved cooling efficiency. The construction utilizes 2 rows of 1.00 tubes that are three times thicker than most competitors. Installation is estimated to take approximately 1-2 hours. This heat exchanger is compatible with Roush, VMP, and Whipple supercharger kits. Note that Whipple installations require additional mounting brackets (part #80284WHIPPLE).
