Raptor Intake System

The Cobb Tuning Raptor Intake System is engineered to enhance airflow for the 2017-2020 Ford F150 Raptor. This upgrade replaces the stock piping with dual 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, designed for optimal air delivery to the engine. Custom silicone couplers ensure a precise, OEM-like fit, while the powder-coated tubing, composite materials, and COBB nameplate contribute to a visually upgraded engine bay. The system includes an injection-molded, fiber-reinforced airbox lid featuring a closed-cell foam gasket to effectively seal the high-flow filter from contaminants like mud, dirt, and debris. The dual-inlet, tapered-oval filter boasts 165% more surface area compared to the factory unit, promoting greater airflow and a more pronounced turbo sound during low RPM boost. All clamps and brackets are constructed from durable 304 stainless steel. Installation of this intake system requires a COBB Accessport with an Off-The-Shelf (OTS) tune or a custom tune specific to your vehicle's configuration. The system is CARB EO exempt and legal for use in all 50 states.
