ARP's manufacturing process involves centerless grinding for concentricity and thread rolling after heat treatment. This method significantly improves fatigue strength by approximately 1000% compared to studs threaded before heat treatment, a common industry practice. The kit includes parallel ground washers and 8740 chromoly steel 12-point nuts, along with ARP Ultra-Torque fastener assembly lubricant.
