The Tomei RB26DETT Stroker Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of your RB26DETT engine by increasing its displacement and torque output. This comprehensive kit includes a fully forged, counterweighted, and balanced crankshaft, along with matching fully forged stroker connecting rods and pistons. The primary function of a stroker kit is to increase the engine's stroke and bore, leading to greater displacement and improved torque generation, particularly at higher RPMs. It also aims to improve overall combustion efficiency and burn duration, allowing for a faster air/fuel mixture burn and thus greater overall efficiency. This translates to a more potent combustion process within the engine. The benefits of installing this Tomei Stroker Kit are substantial, including increased torque across the entire RPM band, enhanced low-end torque when paired with larger turbochargers, and faster throttle response, especially with conventional or mid-sized turbochargers. Furthermore, the increased bore and displacement contribute to a higher overall RPM range and a more free-revving engine characteristic. The kit includes 6 fully forged Tomei pistons, 6 fully forged connecting rods, and 1 fully forged, counterweighted, and balanced crankshaft.
