RBC Intake Manifold

The Honda RBC Intake Manifold, part number 17100-RRB-A00, is a highly regarded OEM performance upgrade designed for K-series Honda and Acura engines. Originally found on the 2006–2011 Honda Civic Si, this manifold is renowned for its ability to deliver significant high-RPM horsepower gains and robust midrange torque, making it an excellent choice for naturally aspirated, turbocharged, or supercharged builds. Compared to the earlier PRB and PRC factory manifolds, the RBC intake manifold offers superior airflow, particularly above 5,500 RPM, and carries power effectively to redline. This characteristic makes it especially beneficial for K-series engines that operate at higher RPMs, often exceeding 7,000 RPM. The RBC manifold is a popular upgrade for a range of K-series vehicles. It is a direct fit for the 2006–2011 Honda Civic Si and is also commonly installed on the 2004–2008 Acura TSX (K24A2), 2003–2007 Honda Accord (K24A4, K24A8), and 2003–2011 Honda Element (K24A4, K24A8). Compatibility extends to K20 engines as well, including the 2002–2006 Acura RSX, 2002–2005 Honda Civic Si (EP3), and 2002–2006 Honda CR-V. However, installation on K20 cylinder heads requires a modification to cut off the integrated coolant ports to ensure clearance with the head’s water neck. This is a standard procedure within the K-swap community. A Hybrid Racing 75mm Ported RBC Intake Manifold option is available. This version is CNC-machined to accept a 75mm throttle body, ideal for larger throttle body setups. Note that this port matching is solely on the throttle body surface and does not extend to the head mating surface.
