RBC Intake Manifold

The Honda RBC Intake Manifold (part number 17100-RRB-A00) is a premier OEM performance upgrade for K-series Honda and Acura engines, renowned for enhancing high-RPM power and midrange torque. It significantly outperforms earlier PRB and PRC manifolds, providing increased airflow past 5,500 RPM and sustaining power delivery up to redline, which is particularly beneficial for K-series engines that operate above 7,000 RPM. This manifold is a popular choice for the 2004–2008 Acura TSX, 2003–2007 Honda Accord, and 2003–2011 Honda Element, utilizing their K24A2, K24A4, and K24A8 engines. It is also compatible with the 2002–2006 Acura RSX, 2002–2005 Honda Civic Si (EP3), and 2002–2006 Honda CR-V engines (K20A2, K20A3, K20Z1, K24A1). However, installation on K20 cylinder heads requires modification to cut off integrated coolant ports to clear the head’s water neck, a common practice in the K-swap community. A Hybrid Racing 75mm Ported RBC Intake Manifold option is available, featuring a CNC-machined throttle body flange for a 75mm opening, designed to perfectly match the Hybrid Racing RBC Throttle Body. This porting is exclusive to the throttle body surface and does not extend to the head mating surface.
