RBC Intake Manifold

The Hybrid Racing 17100-RRB-A00 is an OEM Honda RBC Intake Manifold, a highly respected performance upgrade for K-series Honda and Acura engines. Originally found on the 2006–2011 Honda Civic Si, this manifold is known for delivering outstanding high-RPM horsepower and strong midrange torque, making it suitable for aggressive naturally aspirated or turbocharged builds. It outperforms the factory PRB and PRC manifolds, particularly from 5,500 RPM and up, carrying power to redline, which is beneficial for K-series builds operating above 7,000 RPM. This intake manifold is commonly chosen for performance upgrades on the 2004–2008 Acura TSX (K24A2), 2003–2007 Honda Accord (K24A4, K24A8), and 2003–2011 Honda Element (K24A4, K24A8). It is also compatible with the 2002–2006 Acura RSX, 2002–2005 Honda Civic Si (EP3), and 2002–2006 Honda CR-V featuring K20A2, K20A3, and K20Z1 engines. When installing on K20 cylinder heads, the integrated coolant ports must be cut off to clear the head’s water neck, a modification common in the K-swap community. A port-matched option is available, featuring a 75mm throttle body flange that is CNC-machined to perfectly match larger throttle bodies like the Hybrid Racing RBC Throttle Body (HYB-THB-01-05). This precision machining ensures a clean surface for a seamless fit and maximizes airflow and throttle response for both street and track applications. Please note that this port matching is specific to the throttle body surface and does not extend to the manifold-to-head mating surface.
