RC 12 - 10 CAPSTAN HYD EDC 3/8

The RC12 Series automatic rope/chain windlass retrieves and deploys 10mm–13mm (3/8″–1/2”) short link chain and 16mm–22mm (5/8″–7/8”) 8-Plait rope. It features Maxwell’s patented Wave Design™ chainwheel and is suitable for boats from 10m (30ft) to 20m (65ft). Constructed from marine-grade (AISI 316) stainless steel for key components, it includes a through-deck hawse pipe, a double cone-type brake/clutch for ‘Free Fall’ anchoring, and Maxwell’s “Active Latch Ratchet System” for emergency manual retrieval. The gearbox has a 75:1 ratio for smooth, quiet operation and offers easy installation and maintenance.
